JR Badian is an award-winning marketing leader who focuses on his team member’s working styles and group dynamics. This discipline enables teams to better execute marketing strategies for acquisition and sales growth.
His brand & performance marketing strategies have been published in the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) magazine and he has shared his philosophies speaking at industry events for Reuters, ANA, and SXSW.
JR and his team won three distinguished awards in financial services including a Cannes Lion for digital design, two Gold Clios for brand work with Justin Timberlake, and seven Gold Midas awards for his "Appropriate Time Marketing" strategy with Gwen Stefani and the GRAMMYs.
JR joined a great club when he was listed in the Out100, a Whos Who of industry leaders.
JR is a data driven marketer by trade. He started his career on Wall Street as an assistant portfolio manager for Neuberger and Berman and then joined the strategic planning group at Rupert Murdch’s News Corporation. He went on to found one of the first venture funded performance marketing agencies, BrandAid, which become a publicly traded entity.
His industry experience has been centered on consumer goods and financial services.
